Information before buying

● WHEN ORDERING

Notice - some items are handcrafted products, made especially for you. Therefore preparation before shipping the item, can take up to 14 days.

Denmark: If you have a danish bankaccount, you can choose to pay by banktransfer or by PayPal (see "Other countries" below). If you choose to transfer by bank, you will recieve an e-mail (valid e-mail required to purchase) with the total amount to transfer and bank details (also listed below).

Other countries (+DK): When purchasing you will get a reciept with your order and a money request from Paypal (valid e-mail required to purchase). You don't have to be a registered Paypal user to shop here!

Notice: I will start preparing your order, when I recieve your payment.

● SHIPPING

We use Post Danmark for all postages. To save you money I wont send your order as a package, but as a letter.

Shipping and handling costs:

If you are only buying a Gift certificate, shipping and handling costs will be:

● RETURNS & WARRANTY

Because this is a special made product, you cannot return it once you have bought it.

Specially about handcrafted items:
If it gets broken within 6 months from the day you recieved the item, I will replace either the part that is broken, or make you another product.

I only pay the shipping, for returning the product back to you.

● REPAIRS

I will make repairs, if needed - or in some cases, special requests. You will have to pay shipment both ways + handling and repair/special request.
